Fish Safe Diverter Value

Plasma Cutting - Welding - Turning - Milling - Design & Manufacture

A bespoke solution was offered from the customers initial design requirements for a fish safe diverter valve to facilitate rapid switching between transfer pipes in order to reduce transfer time and stress on the fish. A design was offered constructed from 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, the valve was designed with a taper on all leading edges to prevent damage to fish and stub pipes were machined to enable flexible hoses to be enable easy on and off fixtures.
