Fish Safe Diverter Value

Plasma Cutting - Welding - Turning - Milling - Design & Manufacture

From initial concept from the customer with their requirements for a fish transfer device. The Fish Safe Diverter Value was designed and manufactured to facilitate rapid change over from one pipeline to another to reduce transfer time and stress on the fish. This was constructed out of 316 stainless steel for corrosion resistance, the value was designed with a taper on all leading edges to prevent damage to fish and stub pipes were machined to enable flexible hoses to be enable easy on and off fixtures.
